If I see a property I like on the website what is my next step?

Simply call our office on 01920 468469 or 01763 272605. We will be happy to discuss the property with you and book in a viewing at a time convenient for you.

What should I do if I have seen a property and want to rent it?

Contact us to let us know and if you are successful you will then be required to fill in some paperwork, show proof of I.D., pay any relevant fees and provide references.

Are any bills included?

Bills are not normally included in the rental price.

How much will my council tax be?

This will vary from property to property, do ask us and we may be able to help you. Otherwise visit the Hertfordshire County Council website for more information.

What if I have a problem with the property once I have moved in?

Our offices are open 7 days a week to help you with any problems that may arise.
